Stephanie Kern, M.ed.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Northwestern College and a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Student Affairs from Montana State University.
Over the past 22 years, she has designed and taught a wide variety of educational programs and curricula in a number of settings - from camps and community programs, to K-12, post-secondary, adult and special education classrooms. Stephanie is also a seasoned career coach and educational consultant, and led the development of a Learning Strategies program at Montana State University. Over the past twelve years of career coaching, Stephanie has created a unique and effective research-based model for career advising. Stephanie regularly provides faculty development training to local K-12 and post-secondary teachers, and is an approved CEU provider through the Montana Office of Public Instruction.

Licensed Clinical Counselor
Chip Kern, M.S., LCPC
Chip’s career in mental health counseling began after years of his own personal struggles and growth through privilege as well as adversity. Since 2008, Chip has been working with individuals and couples to resolve deeply personal and vulnerable issues that manifest in depression, anxiety, addiction, post-traumatic stress, and couple’s connection issues. Chip spent nearly nine years with Montana State University’s Counseling Center while maintaining a private practice focused on couples work. In January 2018, Chip turned his full focus to his private practice and continues to see individuals and couples who seek healing through vulnerability and trust.
Chip holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Boston University and a master’s degree from Montana State University in Mental Health Counseling. Since graduating, he has received advanced training and continuing education in Emotion Focused Therapy (ICEEFT.com), Post Traumatic Stress counseling (deploymentpsych.org), Inner Healing (Nothinghidden.com), and further training in couples therapy through The Gottman Institute (Gottman.com).
Chip holds state and and national licenses in clinical counseling. He is an experienced mental health continuing education provider and clinical supervisor to counselors in training.
